Beyond the technical advantages of music education, music instills in us a love of art and the musical environment around us.  It gives us personal achievement and accomplishment.

Piano Adjudicator and RCM Examiner

Helga has taught private music lessons since 1980 and joined The Beckett School in 1990 where she ran a successful piano studio ranging from beginner to advanced producing many fine musicians.

She is dedicated to the furtherance and education of Canadian contemporary music and is the Contemporary Showcase Festival Coordinator for the Grand River Region of ACNMP.

She is a member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association (ORMTA), the Alliciance for Canadian New Music Projects (ACNMP), and the Royal Conservatory of Music College of Examiners.  c
